1. OVERVIEW: General introduction to CSIT Performance Dashboard and CSIT itself.

2. METHODOLOGY

     per-thread resources, multi-core speedup, VPP forwarding modes and DUT
     state considerations.

     throughput, packet latency and the telemetry.

     used in CSIT.
