Subject: Add multi-vm Vagrantfile for vcl-test.

- Existing Vagrantfile is symbolic link to the
  default Vagrantfile.
- In order to run the multi-host vcl test,
  change Vagrantfile -> Vagrantfile.vcl_test
- Fix socket_test.sh & vppcom bugs.
