| Add jobs that verify changes to CSIT code that tests Honeycomb/hc2vpp. Rename jjb/hc2vpp/csit-hc2vpp.yaml to jjb/hc2vpp/hc2vpp-csit.yaml ,to adhere to naming conventions and avoid duplicate filenames.
