HC2VPP-174: add support for BGP IPv4/IPv6 unicast
Tranlates BGP IPv4/IPv6 routes to VPP FIB.
Not supported:
- multiple paths (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7911)
- IPv6 SR
