HC2VPP-256: MPLS API
Adds following models: - hc2vpp-ietf-mpls - hc2vpp-ietf-mpls-static - hc2vpp-ietf-routing-types Models were modified due to YANGTOOLS/MDSAL issues and some problems with the models itself. More information can be found in the YANG files.
