style(papi): reformat code before real changes
Used black (with line length overridden to 80). Also manually removed u from inside f strigs. Change-Id: I5be354e744a697ac68f781b08159de6d1fbdc07e Signed-off-by: Vratko Polak <vrpolak@cisco.com>
