Add more tests to daily jobs

+ Add baseline tests for all NICs, only min size.
+ Add scale tests for x710 NIC, only min size and without 4c.

New test counts:
csit-vpp-perf-mrr-daily-master-2n-skx: 96
csit-vpp-perf-mrr-daily-master-3n-skx: 211
csit-vpp-perf-mrr-daily-master: 223
