Per patch: multiple BMRR calls
This is to reduce sensitivity on testbed unstable performance.
Also add topo_cleanupbefore every pybot run
to avoid issues with VPP uninstall.
TRACE prints are left there to simplify investigation
of false positives if/when they happen.
