Introduce OptionString for handling command line
+ Convert DpdkUtil to use it.
++ Rename args to kwargs where needed.
++ Fix errors in docstrings.
+ Also convert and QemuUtils to use it.
++ Minor formatting edits to save space.
+ Add disconnect parameter to some ssh.py functions.
++ ssh.SSH.disconnect() tries to work without argument.
+ Exec functions in ssh.py accept OptionString commands.
