Support unidirection in all searches
+ Rename bool unidirection to int traffic_directions.
+ Rename "untagged" to "initial" for bandwidth calculation.
+ Fix latency measurement for unidirectional traffic.
+ Remove duplicate colon in soak test message.
+ Edit PAL to accept both forms.
+ Fix minor documentation issues.
