Add stats segment heapsize to default config
- Scale tests (ip4, ip6) are failing due to low amount of stats segment heapsize. Change-Id: Id9b3e84d5a5c63014c17041c08c00ef6188afa5f Signed-off-by: Peter Mikus <pmikus@cisco.com>
