Use QEMU virtio queue size 1024 for perf tests
- use Build QEMU KW to apply patch to increase default virtio queue size - remove Set Scheduler Policy Change-Id: I04a7febd6366abd324d42f781645a8a0b520b325 Signed-off-by: Jan Gelety <jgelety@cisco.com>
