CSIT-187 iacl with MAC classification tests
Add tests for:
- VPP can drop packets based on MAC src-addr
- VPP can drop packets based on MAC dst-addr
- VPP can drop packets based on MAC src-addr and dst-addr
- VPP can drop packets based on Ethertype
