API: Adapt make test to Python API changes.
Change the test wrapper script for the updated Python API.
All tests but the L2BD multi instance runs fine.
That is currently skipped.
I see intermittent failures when an MLD message is received
before the ND NA in MPLS and IPV6 FIB tests.
