Fix VCL LD_PRELOAD lib location in socket_test.sh
- Use VCL_LDPRELOAD_LIB_DIR env. var if set.
- Default to /usr/local/lib where it will be installed.
- Change library name to libvcl_ldpreload.so.0.0.0
