VCL-LDPRELOAD: Refactor vcom_socket* and fix crash in vppcom_select
- filter verbose debug output with VCOM_DEBUG > 2
- clean up nomenclature, renaming vppcom_*() functions to
vcom_session_*()
- fix vppcom_select crash with NULL maps.
