2018-08-29	patch mlx PMDs for VPP w/ DPDK 18.05 or newer	Matthew Smith	2	-0/+520
	Memory allocation changed in DPDK 18.05. The mlx4 and mlx5 PMDs did not support using externally allocated memory. The patch for mlx5 was generated by Mellanox.
