Graph dispatch records comprise a version stamp, an indication of how
many NULL-terminated strings will follow the record header, and a
protocol hint.
The buffer index allows downstream consumers of these data to easily
filter/track single packets as they traverse the forwarding
graph. FWIW, the 32-bit buffer index is stored in big endian format.
As of this writing, major version = 1, minor version = 0. Nstrings
will be either 4 or 5.
Here is the current set of protocol hints:
typedef enum
{
VLIB_NODE_PROTO_HINT_NONE = 0,
VLIB_NODE_PROTO_HINT_ETHERNET,
VLIB_NODE_PROTO_HINT_IP4,
VLIB_NODE_PROTO_HINT_IP6,
VLIB_NODE_PROTO_HINT_TCP,
VLIB_NODE_PROTO_HINT_UDP,
VLIB_NODE_N_PROTO_HINTS,
} vlib_node_proto_hint_t;
Example: VLIB_NODE_PROTO_HINT_IP6 means that the first octet of packet
data SHOULD be 0x60, and should begin an ipv6 packet header.

This patch separates setting of hardware interfaec and software
interface MTU. Software MTU is L2 payload MTU (i.e. not including L2
header). Per-protocol MTU for IPv4, IPv6 and MPLS can also be set.
Currently only IP4, IP6 are enabled in adjacency / rewrite code.

- always use 'va_args' as pointer in all format_* functions
- u32 for all 'indent' params as it's declaration was inconsistent

[support for VPWS/VPLS]
- switch to using dpo_proto_t rather than fib_protocol_t in fib_paths so that we can describe L2 paths
- VLIB nodes to handle pop/push of MPLS labels to L2

Added a new interface flag - HIDDEN
Indicates that the interface does not appear in CLI/API.
Added three new interface functions:
vnet_sw_interface_is_api_visible - indicates if the sw_if_index should be displayed
vnet_swif_is_api_visible - variant for sw_interface
vnet_sw_interface_is_api_valid - tests if the given if_index exists and is visible
for future use by api functions
Changed the unformat function to only accept visible interfaces
Changed vxlan to add the HIDDEN flag to deleted interfaces
This is the first part in a series to hide deleted interfaces from the API
