Fix vpp crash when create vxlan/vxlan-gpe/geneve/gtpu tunnel
with 0.0.0.0 dst ip in debug build. The ASSERT should be move
out of fib_prefix_from_ip46_addr, which may be called when
create vxlan/vxlan-gpe/geneve/gtpu tunnel with 0.0.0.0 dst ip.
How to reproduce:
1. build debug vpp and run vpp
2. create vxlan t src 192.168.0.2 dst 0.0.0.0 vni 1 instance 1
create vxlan-gpe tunnel local 192.168.0.2 remote 0.0.0.0 vni 1
create geneve tunnel local 192.168.0.2 remote 0.0.0.0 vni 1
create gtpu tunnel src 192.168.0.2 dst 0.0.0.0 teid 1

Encode entropy value in UDP source port when requested per RFC 7510.
CLI already has "src-port-is-entropy", use zero UDP source port in API
to avoid breaking changes, since zero port is not something to be used
in wild.
Also, mark UDP encapsualtion API as mp-safe as already done for CLI.

Users should use vec_set_len(), vec_inc_len(), vec_dec_len () instead.

When computing the inner packet checksum, the code wrongly
assumes that the IP version of the inner packet is the
same of the outer one. On the contrary, it is perfectly
possible to encapsulate v6 packets into v4 and viceversa,
so we need to check the IP format of the inner header before
calling vnet_calc_checksums_inline.

When an mfib entry was created with both paths and entry_flags then
the entry flags were being ignored. If there are no paths then the
flags were passed into mfib_table_entry_update, but in the case where
the entry didn't exist and there were paths and flags, the entry was
created within mfib_table_entry_paths_update() which used a default
of MFIB_ENTRY_FLAG_NONE.
Pass the flags through into the mfib_table_entry_paths_update fn. All
existing callers other than the create case will now pass in
MFIB_ENTRY_FLAG_NONE.

This patch aims to improve decap performance by reducing expensive
hash_get callings as less as possible using AVX512 on XEON.
e.g. vxlan, vxlan_gpe, geneve, gtpu.
For the existing code, if vtep4 of the current packet match the last
vtep4_key_t well, expensive hash computation can be avoided and the
code returns directly.
This patch improves tunnel decap multiple flows case greatly by
leveraging 512bit vector register on XEON accommodating 8 vtep4_keys.
It enhances the possiblity of avoiding unnecessary hash computing
once hash key of the current packet hits any one of 8 in the 512bit
cache.
The oldest element in vtep4_cache_t is updated in round-robin order.
vlib_get_buffers is also leveraged in the meanwhile.

Bypass node MUST NOT intercept a packet if destination IP doesn’t match
a local address. However IP address interpretation depends on the VRF,
hence bypass node must take that into account.
This patch also factors-out common VTEP management and checking code.

Add an ALWAYS_ASSERT (...) macro, to (a) shut up coverity, and (b)
check the indicated condition in production images.
As in:
p = hash_get(...);
ALWAYS_ASSERT(p) /* was ASSERT(p) */
elt = pool_elt_at_index(pool, p[0]);
This may not be the best way to handle a specific case, but failure to
check return values at all followed by e.g. a pointer dereference
isn't ok.

Instead of all clients directly RR sourcing the entry they are tracking,
use a deidcated 'tracker' object. This tracker object is a entry
delegate and a child of the entry. The clients are then children of the
tracker.
The benefit of this aproach is that each time a new client tracks the
entry it doesn't RR source it. When an entry is sourced all its children
are updated. Thus, new clients tracking an entry is O(n^2). With the
tracker as indirection, the entry is sourced only once.

Enhance the route add/del APIs to take a set of paths rather than just one.
Most unicast routing protocols calcualte all the available paths in one
run of the algorithm so updating all the paths at once is beneficial for the client.
two knobs control the behaviour:
is_multipath - if set the the set of paths passed will be added to those
that already exist, otherwise the set will replace them.
is_add - add or remove the set
is_add=0, is_multipath=1 and an empty set, results in deleting the route.
It is also considerably faster to add multiple paths at once, than one at a time:

This patch improves performance by prefetching encap header area
and taking full advantage of optimized function vlib_get_buffers.
After applying the patch, the function vxlan_gpe_encap can save
4.1 clocks/pkt from 41.7 to 37.6 clocks/pkt on Skylake.

The patch can reduce 13 cycles per packet for the graph node
vxlan-gpe-encap and increases 5% or so vxlan_gpe encap throughput
on Haswell platform for the best case (All pkts have the same
sw_if_index).

Object sizes must evenly divide alignment requests, or vice
versa. Otherwise, only the first object will be aligned as
requested.
Three choices: add CLIB_CACHE_LINE_ALIGN_MARK(align_me) at
the end of structures, manually pad to an even divisor or multiple of
the alignment request, or use plain vectors/pools.
static assert for enforcement.

Modify interface creation to allow creation of tunnel interfaces
without dedicated per tunnel output and tx nodes which are not
used for most tunnel types. Also changed interface-output node
function vnet_per_buffer_interface_output() so it does not rely
on hw_if_index as the next node index which is not flexible nor
efficient for large scale tunnel interfaces.
The improvenemts are done for VXLAN, VXLAN-GPE, GENEVE and GTPU
tunnels. GRE tunnel is still using per tunnel output nodes which
will be changed in a separate patch with other GRE enhencements.

This is a version of the VPP API generator in Python PLY. It supports
the existing language, and has a plugin architecture for generators.
Currently C and JSON are supported.

Improve "show xxx tunnel" output functions format_xxx_tunnel() for
GRE, VXLAN, VXLAN-GPE, GENEVE and GTPU tunnels to make their output
more consistent and provide better information.
Improved the output of "show int addr" to make its info more
consistent with tunnels and provide fib-index info.

This does not update api client code. In other words, if the client
assumes the transport is shmem based, this patch does not change that.
Furthermore, code that checks queue size, for tail dropping, is not
updated.

Move the functions hash_set_key_copy() and hash_unset_key_free()
which are dupilicated in various tunnel support code modules to
hash.h as hash_set_mem_alloc() and hash_unset_mem_free() to be
used by all.

The "test-all" target is still never called as part of any continuous
test (as it probably should) but at least it can now be expected to
succeed.
VXLAN-GPE:
* decapsulate Ethernet to "l2-input" instead of "ethernet-input"
otherwise the inner mac address get checked against the interface one
(external) and packet gets dropped (mac mismatch)
* set packet input sw_if_index to unicast vxlan tunnel for learning
TEST:
* VXLAN:
* reduce the number of share tunnels:
=> reduce test duration by half
=> no functional change
* VXLAN-GPE:
* fix test TearDown() cli: command is "show vxlan-gpe" only
* remove vxlan-gpe specific tests as the were a duplicated of the
BridgeDomain one and already inherited.
* disable test_mcast_rcv() and test_mcast_flood() tests
* P2PEthernetAPI:
* remove test: "create 100k of p2p subifs"
there already is a "create 1k p2p subifs" so this one is a load test
and not a unit test.
