2016-11-28Clean up the Lua API, make it luajit-only, no CAndrew Yourtchenko5-240/+28
This removes the libcough which was a temporary layer atop the libpneum to make it synchronous. Now Lua API only requres luajit, and has no dependencies on compiling any C.
