Add missing = to all suite Variables
Use the following if we ever decide '} =' is better than '}='.
$ cd csit/tests
$ find . -type f -print0 | xargs -0 sed -i -E 's/^\| \$\{(.*)\}= \|([^|])/\| \$\{\1\} = \|\2/g'
FIXME: Add a corresponding check to https://gerrit.fd.io/r/13450
