job-specs: Reduce iterative, add e810cq to coverageoper-230424
- iterative, daily MRR, weekly NDRPDR:
- reduce* tests with xxv710 NIC for TBs:
- 2n-icx - reduction from 480 to 303 tests
- 3n-icx - reduction from 441 to 306 tests
- 2n-clx - reduction from 504 to 444 tests
- add tests tests with e810cq NIC for TB to ensure test coverage:
- 2n-clx

* Used the same approach as it was used for x710 some time ago:
- keep only base tests, prefer avf driver.
